Job summary

Harding, Shymanski & Co., P.S.C. in Louisville, KY, seeks an experienced Tax Practice Senior Coordinator to join our public accounting team.

This role provides independent leadership within the Tax Practice, owns workflow domains, and collaborates with Tax Practice Coordinators under the Tax Practice Supervisor. The Senior Coordinator identifies process improvements, documents workflows, coordinates client intake and engagement workflow, and supports onboarding of new coordinators.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Tax Practice Coordination or similar role.
• Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience improving operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned workflow areas with independence.
• Identify gaps and propose improvements.
• Develop and maintain workflow documentation.
• Coordinate client intake and engagement coordination.
