BDO USA is seeking a Managing Director, Tax Operations to lead major operational programs and enterprise initiatives across Tax. You will partner with Tax leadership to translate priorities into scalable operating models and cross-functional execution plans, driving governance, performance visibility, and long‑term growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; fifteen (15)+ years in operations roles preferred in professional services.
Significant experience leading business or enterprise transformation initiatives at scale.
Proven success guiding senior leaders and aligning stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
