Responsibilities

• Own and manage the firm’s recurring tax operations, ensuring workflows are completed on schedule.
• Monitor tax return production, department capacity, due dates, and workflow metrics.
• Coordinate organizer distribution, engagement letters, e-file authorizations, extensions, and tracking.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement more efficient workflows.
• Coordinate CPE and training schedules for new hires and interns; track progress.
