You will coach the team, run daily office operations, and partner on growth plans while adapting to a flexible fall schedule and expanded seasonal hours, including evenings and weekends during tax season.

This role trains staff, ensures timely performance conversations, and maintains a high-performing, customer‑centric office culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of people management experience in service/retail.
• Strong focus on delivering consultative client experience.
• Proven coaching capability with direct feedback and behavior change.
• Sound judgment and fast decision-making in a busy environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for difficult conversations.
• Ability to interpret KPI, survey, and coaching data.
• Proficient with MS Office, Teams, and office systems.

Responsibilities

• Own daily delivery of consultative client experience at the office.
• Model client-centric behaviors and set performance standards for the team.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for escalated client service concerns.
• Translate client feedback into coaching for Tax Advisors, CSPs, and partners.
• Lead daily office operations, scheduling, and timekeeping.
• Drive office growth targets and client engagement through plans with OEM/DGM.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard tax office associates; oversee readiness.
