Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Part-Time Office Team Lead to translate directives from the Office Experience Manager into disciplined daily execution. You will coach Tax Advisors and CSPs, coordinate with CCS, and drive the client experience while accelerating the office’s seasonal tax business.

The role begins with a flexible fall schedule and expands to longer hours during the January–April peak, including evenings and weekends, in-person only.

• Coaching capability with direct feedback and behavior change.
• Decisive with sound judgment in a fast-paced setting and minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for difficult conversations.
• Data fluency for interpreting KPI and coaching data.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily delivery of consultative client experience within the office.
• Model consultative, client-centric behaviors for the team.
• Escalation point of contact for client service concerns; resolve with sound judgment.
• Conduct client walkthroughs and gather feedback to coach staff.
• Manage day-to-day office operations, scheduling, and client flow.
• Lead growth plan execution with adjacency to client outcomes.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard seasonal office associates.
