Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a part-time Office Experience Leader to translate directions from the OEM and DGM into disciplined daily execution. You will lead Tax Advisors and CSPs, coordinate with the CCS team, and accelerate the office’s seasonal tax business through consultative client engagement and strong operational leadership.

You will begin with a flexible fall schedule and transition to a busier tax season from January to April, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a service/retail team and coaching associates.
• Strong client-centric approach and ability to deliver differentiated service.
• Demonstrated coaching capability with direct feedback and performance improvement.
• Ability to interpret KPI data to inform daily priorities and coaching.
• Proficient with MS Office and office systems.

Responsibilities

• Own daily delivery of consultative client experience within the office.
• Model and set the standard for client-centric interactions.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for escalated client concerns and resolve with sound judgment.
• Lead office operations, scheduling, and timekeeping; ensure smooth workflow.
• Partner with OEM and DGM to execute the office growth plan and client engagement.
