Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. in Brunswick, GA is seeking an Office Experience Manager (OEM) who translates guidance from leadership into disciplined daily execution, coaching, and client service. You’ll lead Tax Advisors and CSPs in-person to deliver a consultative client experience during the seasonal peak.

You’ll start with a flexible part-time schedule in the fall, expanding to a fuller schedule January–April, with evenings and weekends as needed. This role requires in-person work.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a service or retail environment and driving client outcomes.
• Ability to coach and develop staff using a structured roadmap.
• Comfort interpreting KPI and coaching data to inform priorities.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication speaking with clients and staff professionally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and reinforce consultative client experience within the office, ensuring disciplined execution on every appointment.
• Coach and develop in-office team with coaching roadmap, focused on knowledge, skills, and behavior.
• Manage day-to-day office operations, scheduling, capacity, and timekeeping.
• Drive office growth and client outcomes in partnership with OEM and DGM.
• Support talent readiness, onboarding, and change adoption within the office.
