Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking an Office Experience Manager to translate leadership strategy into daily coaching and execution. You will lead Tax Advisors and CSPs, ensuring a consultative client experience and on-site issue resolution.

The role emphasizes coaching, scheduling discipline, and driving office growth during peak tax season. You will begin on a flexible part-time schedule in the fall and transition to an expanded tax season schedule January–April, with required evenings and weekends as

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience coaching and developing client-facing staff.
• Proven ability to manage a team in a service/retail setting.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Comfort interpreting KPI data to guide priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and reinforce a consultative client experience with disciplined execution.
• Coach and develop Tax Advisors and CSPs using a Coaching Roadmap.
• Lead daily office operations including scheduling and timekeeping.
• Drive office growth metrics such as client count and revenue targets.
• Support talent readiness and change adoption within the office.
