Job summary

H&R Block in Kyle, Texas is seeking an Office Experience Manager to lead a team of Tax Advisors and Client Service Professionals, coaching daily client interactions and ensuring disciplined execution.

You’ll begin with a flexible part-time fall schedule and transition to an expanded tax season schedule, in-person at the office, guiding growth and change adoption while delivering a consultative client experience.

Qualifications

• People management experience in a service or retail environment.
• Strong client-centric mindset focused on consultative experience.
• Demonstrated coaching ability with direct feedback and behavior change.
• Solid decision-making and judgment in a fast-paced setting with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for difficult conversations.
• Comfort interpreting KPI and coaching data to set priorities.
• Proficient with MS Office, Teams, and office systems.
• Flexible to work a varied schedule based on business needs.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily office operations, scheduling, client flow, and walk-in coverage.
• Coach Tax Advisors and CSPs using a Coaching Roadmap to drive behavior change.
• Anchor coaching on high-impact behaviors and protect coaching time.
• Conduct performance conversations and address concerns with leadership.
• Partner to execute the office growth plan, boost client engagement and revenue.
• Prepare the team for seasonal readiness, onboarding, and training completion.
