Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking an Office Experience Leader to translate directives into disciplined daily execution and coaching. You will manage Tax Advisors and CSPs, coordinate with the CCS team, and promote a consultative client experience to accelerate the office’s seasonal tax business.

The role starts with a flexible part-time fall schedule and expands into the busy tax season (January–April), requiring in-person work and evening/weekend hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires proven people management experience in a service/retail environment.
• Demonstrates a customer-centric, consultative client experience approach.
• Proven coaching ability with direct feedback and behavior change.
• Strong decision-making and judgment in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Fluent with data interpretation of KPIs, surveys, and coaching metrics.
• Proficient with MS Office, Teams and office systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily delivery of consultative client experience with disciplined execution on each appointment.
• Model consultative behaviors and set the team standard for client service.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for escalated client concerns and resolve with sound judgment.
• Provide coaching using a structured roadmap and actionable commitments.
