Qualifications

• Strong people-management experience in a service or retail setting.
• Clear client-centric mindset with commitment to consultative experience.
• Proven coaching capability with direct feedback and behavioral change.
• Decisive judgment and ability to operate in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for difficult conversations.
• Ability to interpret KPI and coaching data to set daily priorities.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Teams, and office systems.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and reinforce a consultative client experience in daily operations.
• Model client-centric behaviours and set team standards.
• Act as on-site point of contact for escalated client concerns and resolve with sound judgment.
• Conduct client walk/talks and translate feedback into coaching for staff and partners.
• Coach Tax Advisors and CSPs using a Coaching Roadmap.
• Anchor coaching on high-impact behaviors and protect coaching time.
• Manage day-to-day office operations, scheduling, and timekeeping.
• Lead daily huddles and communicate priorities and recognition.
• Ensure implementation of new processes and technology as designed.
• Support growth plans with partner leadership to hit targets.
