Job summary

The role begins as a flexible part-time schedule in fall, expanding for the January–April tax season, and requires in-person work with occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong people management in service/retail.
• Proven coaching and feedback skills.
• Ability to make sound judgments in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret KPI and coaching data for priorities.
• Proficient with MS Office, Teams, and office systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline coaching using a Coaching Roadmap and deliver actionable commitments.
• Develop CSPs on client-facing professionalism and scheduling discipline.
• Lead daily operations: scheduling, capacity, walk-in coverage, and timekeeping.
• Partner on growth plans to hit client count, revenue, conversion, and service targets.
• Support talent readiness and change adoption, including onboarding and training.
