Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent related business experience.
• Course of study in management or in tax preparation and/or accounting preferred.
• Previous tax preparation experience and possess a PTIN preferred.
• One year of previous management or supervisory experience desired.
• Proficiency with a variety of computer software applications such as e-mail, browsers, Word, Excel, and accounting or tax software.

Responsibilities

• Supervises seasonal hourly staff at locations in the assigned area.
• Communicates with Management on recruiting, interviewing and hiring of seasonal employees.
• Maximize customer service and increase sales.
• Performs administrative functions.
• Develops and monitors office work schedules and hours worked.
• Monitors associate performance for quality standards and deadlines.
• Maintains filing system for tax returns and related documents.
