H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to welcome clients in person at our Clarksville, TN office. You will greet guests, manage check-in, schedule appointments, and assist tax professionals to maintain a smooth, professional experience during peak season.

Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and comfort using basic computer tools. Evening and weekend availability during tax season is required.

• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness to support a smooth, professional client experience
• Collaborate with tax professionals and team members to ensure seamless daily operations
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality, discretion, and care
