Job summary

H&R Block in Cypress, Texas seeks an Office Experience Manager to translate directives into disciplined daily execution, coach Tax Advisors and CSPs, coordinate with the CCS team, and drive the client experience as the office speeds into the seasonal tax period.

The role starts on a flexible part‑time basis in fall, expands to a fuller seasonal schedule January through April, and requires in-person, evening and weekend hours as needed.

Qualifications

• People management experience in a service/retail environment.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative service.
• Coaching capability with direct feedback and behavior change.
• Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced, minimally supervised setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for difficult conversations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the consultative client experience with disciplined execution.
• Model client-centric behaviors and set team standards.
• Serve as the on-site contact for escalated client service concerns.
• Coach Tax Advisors and CSPs using a Coaching Roadmap to drive improvement.
• Lead daily office operations, scheduling, and timekeeping.
• Drive growth by executing the office-level plan with OEM/DGM.
