Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking an Office Experience Leader to translate directions into disciplined execution, coaching, and client‑centric service.

You will guide Tax Advisors and CSPs, coordinate with the CCS team, and drive adoption of the client experience while accelerating the office’s seasonal tax business. The role starts with a flexible part‑time fall schedule and expands for the January–April busy season.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Experience managing people in a service or retail environment.
• Strong client‑centric mindset with a commitment to delivering differentiated service.
• Demonstrated coaching capability with the ability to observe, give feedback, and drive change.
• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and handle fast-paced scenarios.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for tough conversations with clients and associates.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Tax Advisors and CSPs, coaching daily behavior.
• Manage office operations, scheduling, timekeeping, and workflow.
• Deliver and reinforce a consultative client experience during every appointment.
• Lead daily huddles, share priorities, and recognize performance.
• Partner with OEM and DGM to execute growth plans and service standards.
• Drive readiness for seasonal upgrades, training, and policy adoption.
