H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Office Experience Leader to translate directives into disciplined daily execution. You will coach Tax Advisors and CSPs, coordinate with the CCS team, and accelerate the office’s seasonal tax business.

The role starts as a flexible part‑time schedule in the fall, expanding for the busy tax season with in-person, non-remote work requirements. You will lead daily operations, growth initiatives, and talent readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum of people management experience in a service or retail environment.
• Strong client-centric mindset with commitment to delivering a differentiated experience.
• Proven coaching capability with direct feedback and behavior change.
• Good judgment and decision‑making in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for difficult conversations.
• Ability to interpret KPI and coaching data to guide priorities.
• Proficient with MS Office, Teams, and office systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and reinforce the consultative client experience in the office.
• Coach and develop Tax Advisors, CSPs, and CCS team members.
• Lead daily office operations, scheduling, timekeeping, and flow of clients.
• Drive office growth targets with OEM and DGM collaboration.
• Recruit, onboard, and prepare staff for seasonal readiness.
• Conduct timely performance conversations and address issues with leadership.
