Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 6+ years of tax experience in public or corporate settings.
• Strong federal, state, and local tax knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills and analytical ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop tax accountants through coaching and supervision.
• Own the quarterly and annual ASC 740 tax provision.
• Oversee federal and state income tax return work and filings.
• Review FIN 48 and UNICAP positions.
• Respond to notices from tax authorities and coordinate with auditors.
• Document and redesign tax processes to improve efficiency and controls.
