RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC in Phoenix seeks a Senior Tax Analyst to prepare tax compliance calculations and filings, respond to tax notices, and prepare month-end tax journal entries. CPA or CPA candidate preferred; 3–5 years of tax experience in public accounting or corporate environment.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or higher) required.
3–5 years tax experience in public accounting or corporate environment.
CPA or CPA candidate highly preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and coachable mindset.
Detail oriented and analytical with good problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
Strong state and local tax knowledge preferred.
Experience in manufacturing, retail, insurance or mortgage industries a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office, Blackline, FAS, etc.

Mansioni

Prepare quarterly and annual tax provisions and related disclosures for financial statements (ASC 740).
Prepare federal and state tax compliance calculations and filings.
Monitor and respond to tax notices including audits.
Prepare month-end tax journal entries and reconcile accounts.
Assist with design, implementation and maintenance of tax processes and controls.
Assist with tax planning, due diligence and acquisitions as needed.
Research and provide information requested by management and external parties.
