Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location. You will work with clients in person and virtually, delivering accurate returns and personalized planning.

This role emphasizes community outreach, cross‑team collaboration, and growth of TurboTax client base while upholding Intuit’s standards. Flexibility, training, and a customer‑first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience; knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040s per tax season with professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, ≥20 hours/week.
• Must complete required training and development and accept new requirements as needed.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be comfortable using your name in advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert; content creation allowed per policy.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex returns.
• Drive local growth by identifying prospects and organizing community outreach events with TurboTax marketing support.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystems (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year-round support.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Assist clients in understanding tax implications and plan for future goals.
