Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, serving in‑person and virtual clients with tax preparation and expert advice. You will connect clients with a broader team for a seamless, year‑round Intuit experience and help grow the local TurboTax business within the community.

You’ll collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, while delivering personalized service and building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual returns per tax season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours/week minimum, 8:00–17:00 hours.
• Must complete required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be comfortable with advertising using your name/photo.
• English/Spanish bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Collaborate with specialists to deliver end‑to‑end Intuit experiences for clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Deliver best‑in‑class customer experience in person and via video tools.
