Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will work with clients in-person and virtually, guiding them through complex tax scenarios and coordinating with a broader team to deliver end-to-end Intuit solutions.

The role emphasizes community outreach, client growth, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience while complying with Intuit’s policies and training requirements.

Qualifications

• Must hold EA, CPA, or active attorney credentials or equivalent tax-preparation experience.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work onsite 20 hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client preparations.
• Build local client base through outreach and community engagement.
• Coordinate with team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
