Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation and expert advice for personal and business scenarios, collaborating with a team to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

You will also drive local growth, attract new clients, and build long-term relationships while connecting clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services across the Intuit ecosystem.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours per week and complete trainings.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base and actively engage with the community.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and guidance.
