Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation and advisory work at a US TurboTax location.

You will serve both in-person and virtual clients, delivering accurate tax results while expanding the local customer base with support from marketing and a network of specialists. Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Comfortable working onsite 20+ hours/week with 8:00–17:00 hours.
• Must complete required training and wear company uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients, including personal and business returns.
• Grow local TurboTax client base via outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure a premier customer experience.
