Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team and work onsite at a TurboTax location, serving in-person and virtual clients. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice across personal and business scenarios, coordinating with a broader team for a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional services with training.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00–17:00, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear uniforms.
• Interest in building local and online presence for TurboTax.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow a new local client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Build relationships to turn transactions into year‑round partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
