Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete preparation services, and work with a cross‑functional team to deliver end‑to‑end TurboTax experiences. This on‑site role emphasizes building local relationships through events and outreach, serving both in-person and virtual clients, and growing the local TurboTax client base while ensuring exceptional

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit, and work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador and help grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) to deliver end-to-end support.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience for in-person and virtual clients.
