Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at local TurboTax locations across the United States. You will serve clients in person and virtually, delivering comprehensive tax support and connecting customers with the broader Intuit ecosystem.

You will grow the local client base, foster community relationships, and deliver an end-to-end customer experience. Training, uniforms, and state licenses support are provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Comfortable onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week minimum.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base and act as community ambassador for TurboTax.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning.
