Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert guidance at local TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work with a team of tax professionals, help clients with personal and business tax scenarios, and actively grow the local client base through community outreach and referrals. Role emphasizes end-to-end service, collaboration with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, and a strong customer-first approach

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Willing to upskill into broader service areas with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week during peak times.
• Must complete required training and wear company uniforms as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to build a local client base and drive loyalty.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Develop relationships to turn one-time transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through in-person and virtual interactions.
