Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver full-service tax prep and expert advice at a local TurboTax location. You’ll work with a team of specialists to address personal and business tax needs, constantly learning to expand services like bookkeeping and payroll.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• At least 3 years of paid 1040 returns filed per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite availability 20 hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Willing to wear uniforms and participate in branding/marketing.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Support complex tax scenarios and maximize refunds with planning advice.
• Partner with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit solutions.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community activities.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
