Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide full‑service tax return preparation and expert tax guidance at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work on‑site and with a team of tax professionals to deliver personalized financial solutions, while expanding local client relationships and promoting Intuit’s ecosystem. The role emphasizes hands‑on tax work, client education, and active participation in community outreach, with opportunities to grow into advisory

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season with professional tax prep software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning within the ecosystem.
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience.
• Collaborate with the broader team to ensure seamless end‑to‑end service for each client.
