Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide in-person and virtual tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience. You will grow the local client base, build trusted relationships, and help clients navigate complex tax situations while representing Intuit in community initiatives and marketing

Formación

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040s per season using tax prep software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory roles with training.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office for a minimum of 20 hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday.
• Must complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms; may be used for advertising.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow a local client base and engage with the community using TurboTax tools.
• Connect clients to other Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for ongoing support.
• Build long-term relationships through trust and tailored financial guidance.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via Intuit video tools.
