Job summary

Intuit is seeking experienced TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice for both personal and business scenarios while helping clients maximize refunds and plan for future tax needs.

You will actively grow the local TurboTax client base, build long-term relationships, and coordinate with a network of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver seamless,

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040s per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning and other Intuit services.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience with collaboration across teams.
