Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site team at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax returns, and coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end service.

As a community-focused professional, you will grow the local TurboTax client base, host events, and leverage marketing tools to build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and tax-law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Must be onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, at least 20 hours/week; hours may scale up during tax season.
• Must complete training and wear Intuit uniforms; may be featured in marketing materials.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships to turn transactions into ongoing engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and via Intuit video tools.
