Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and collaborate with specialists across the Intuit ecosystem to deliver end-to-end tax solutions. You will build relationships in the local community, attract new clients, and use TurboTax tools to maximize refunds and plan future strategies.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite at TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, M–F.
• Willingness to wear uniforms and participate in branding.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Interest in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience in client meetings and reviews.
