Job summary

Intuit is hiring year‑round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, serving in-person and virtual clients with comprehensive tax preparation and expert guidance. You’ll collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

You will build relationships, attract new clients, and leverage marketing tools to grow a local client base, while contributing to a seamless tax journey for

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and related regulations.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through grassroots outreach and events.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within Intuit ecosystem.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Collaborate with a team of specialists to address complex tax scenarios.
