Intuit seeks dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, offer expert tax advice, and support clients with software and planning, while collaborating with a broader team of specialists.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, at least 20 hours per week.
• Must complete required training and wear company uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships, acting as local TurboTax ambassador.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year‑round support.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, both in person and via TurboTax tools.
