Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax locations nationwide. You’ll provide full-service tax return preparation, client advisory, and software support, working with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.

This role emphasizes community growth, local outreach, and building long-term client relationships while leveraging Intuit resources. On-site, 20+ hours/week, with training and uniform expectations.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience
• Must have an active PTIN to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, 20+ hours per week
• Must complete required training and wear uniforms; may be used in advertising with name/picture
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients
• Drive local growth by building a new client base and partnerships
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and help clients achieve financial goals
• Interact with clients both in-person and via Intuit video tools
