Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts for new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide tax expertise, perform client tax preparation, and empower customers toward positive financial outcomes while engaging with the local community.

As the local face of TurboTax, you will drive community growth, host events, and leverage marketing tools to build a loyal client base. Ability to work onsite, 20+ hours weekly, with training and uniform provided.

Qualifications

• Tax professionals with EA/CPA/Attorney credentials and strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or business tax advisory with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, tax reviews, and planning to maximize refunds and minimize liabilities.
• Act as a local community ambassador, building a new customer base through outreach and events.
• Promote the Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients to complementary services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
