Qualifications

• EA/CPA or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to work onsite, 20 hours/week minimum, with training and cross‑training.
• Must wear uniforms and be comfortable using your name/picture for advertising.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow the local client base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for holistic service.
• Deliver a best in class customer experience and assist with software support.
