Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to deliver full-service tax preparation and personalized guidance at a TurboTax location. You will be a trusted advisor, grow a local client base, and collaborate with a team of specialists to provide end-to-end financial solutions.

You will work onsite, handle 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedules, and participate in training to expand services such as bookkeeping and payroll. This role emphasizes community engagement and high-quality client care.

Formación

• EA/CPA/attorney with tax expertise and preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ 1040 federal/state returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.
• Onsite location with 20 hours minimum per week, 8:00–17:00 hours.
• Complete required training and development; uniforms provided.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Connect clients with Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via video tools.
• Maintain ongoing relationships and drive loyalty in the local community.
