Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will deliver full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support to in-person and virtual clients.

As a trusted local advisor, you will grow the TurboTax client base, build lasting relationships, and coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to provide end-to-end service in everyday language.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours per week, typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and via Intuit video tools.
