Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering full-service tax return preparation and expert guidance to individuals and businesses. You will be the bridge between clients and a broader team of specialists, ensuring a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience.

You will grow the local client base, provide personalized tax solutions, and collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning experts to address

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state individual returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Facilitate tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
