Job summary

Intuit seeks passionate TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation, advisory services, and client relationship building at a local TurboTax location. You’ll work with a team of tax professionals to deliver end-to-end solutions, from W-2 to complex filings, and grow your client base in the community.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credential with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law for filing taxes.
• 3+ years of paid prep of 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.
• Onsite role with 20+ hours weekly, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Training/compliance requirements and potential cross-training.
• Willing to wear uniforms and use name/image for advertising.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community engagement.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build long-term relationships and deliver end-to-end tax services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and assist with inquiries.
