Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, while connecting clients with our broader team of specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You will grow the local client base and foster long-term relationships, delivering a best-in-class customer experience using TurboTax tools and marketing support.

Qualificações

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, driving local client growth and partnerships.
• Develop relationships and coordinate with broader Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through in-person and virtual interactions.
