Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to serve on-site at local TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and connect clients with Intuit’s full ecosystem of services while building a thriving local business.

You will engage with customers in person and virtually, manage complex scenarios, and help grow the client base through community outreach and partnerships. Onsite role with flexible hours during tax season.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business income and amendments.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem to offer bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
