Job summary

Intuit is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations in the United States. You will prepare tax returns, deliver expert tax advice, and connect clients with Intuit services to support their financial goals.

Role emphasizes local business growth, community outreach, and a seamless end-to-end client experience, with training and uniforms provided. Onsite and flexible hours align with tax season demands.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax prep software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training provided by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours/week; training and uniforms required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including personal and business returns and planning.
• Grow the local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships; be the local face of TurboTax.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) to address needs.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial contact to year-end engagement.
