Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site teams across the United States. You will provide expert tax preparation, personal and business tax advice, and connect clients with Intuit's ecosystem for ongoing support.

You’ll act as a community ambassador, grow the local client base, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience using TurboTax tools. Onsite roles require 20+ hours weekly, with training and uniforms provided.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00.
• Willing to complete required training and wear company uniforms.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Serve as a local ambassador, driving new client growth and community presence.
• Connect clients to broader Intuit services such as bookkeeping and payroll.
• Build long-term client relationships and ensure year-round support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience with professional service and guidance.
