Intuit is seeking energetic individuals to join our team as year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts at new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide tax expertise, complete tax preparation for clients, and act as a trusted advisor to help customers achieve positive financial outcomes.

As a local ambassador, you will drive community engagement, build a local client base, and coordinate events with marketing support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season, familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into other service types with training.
• Must work onsite 8:00–17:00 local time, 20+ hrs/week.
• Willing to complete required training and development, including compliance and cross-training.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and allow name/photo for advertising.
• Interest in building local/social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsabilités

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the customer base.
• Lead local events and networking for brand awareness and community engagement.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
