Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts in one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States. This role combines tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs and achieve positive financial outcomes.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete preparation, and act as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM for at least 20 hours/week; peak periods may require more hours.
• Training and compliance requirements may change; uniforms will be provided and your name/photo may be used for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond standard filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and reviews to maximize deductions, minimize liabilities, and plan for the future.
• Build local growth through outreach, referrals, and community partnerships; serve as the local TurboTax face.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience with professional communication in person and via video tools.
