Job summary

Intuit seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice, complete return preparation, and extend beyond tax through the Intuit ecosystem. You will engage with clients in-person and virtually, becoming a trusted advisor who grows local business and delivers end-to-end solutions.

The role emphasizes community engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing training to enhance advisory services and client outcomes across a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into broader services with training.
• Must be onsite 20 hours/week in a TurboTax location.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end client solutions.
